This PR reverts a temporary workaround that pinned the nightly Rust toolchain to a specific version due to a bug in macrotest. Now that the underlying issue in cargo has been fixed, the CI configuration is updated to use the latest nightly toolchain again.
Key Changes:
- Removed the pinned nightly version (
nightly-2025-11-20) and reverted to using the latestnightlytoolchain - Removed the explanatory comment about the macrotest bug workaround
