- Update getKnownContractAddress() and findContractAction() to wrap importJsoncData() in try-catch with user-friendly error messages
- Update contract query and subscription tests to use try-catch with ctx.skip() when test data is unavailable
- Follows the same pattern as dust-generation query tests
- Tests now gracefully skip with clear messages instead of crashing with ENOENT errors
