Fix typo (`it's` must be its)
A useful side effect is that this allows the test to run without manifold3d, which is the default engine in this case.
Update scene.py
Do test_multiple_difference with all engines

trimesh.exchange.threemf._read_meshfor a 20% speedup on larger meshes. To do better I think this would need to be moved into Cython.
