Use ocamlfind instead of dune in compile.mc

I was having issues getting dune to behave nicely with some other tools, so this PR changes how compile.mc works to invoke ocamlfind ocamlopt instead of dune, leading to a slightly more complicated commandline, but one fewer dependencies and less magic going on underneath.
