This PR adds the deadcode elimination from boot (
src/boot/lib/deadcode.ml) implemented in MExpr. Applying this pass in the compiler pipeline does not seem to improve performance, so it is not used for now. However, it shows very promising results when applied to the TreePPL pipeline.
