Room conditional

This pull request adds:

1. Room conditional RAM index dictionaries for MZR and Venture
2. Adapts categorization code for these room-conditional dicts
3. Adapts probe code to filter out an example as input to a given probe if that probe's state variable is not present in that example.

Number 3 is hard to test because in most situations agent does not make it out of the first room
