What
Adds ProposalCraft to the Productivity section.
Why
ProposalCraft is an MCP server that drafts freelance client proposals in Claude Desktop, learned from the user's past winning work. It fits the Productivity section (local-only, no API key, runs via Claude Desktop — same pattern as the Bear Notes and Bear calendar entries already listed).
