Description
This PR adds support for Dashscope Rerank Service by introducing a new DashscopeRerankFunction class.
Changes
Added DashscopeRerankFunction to pymilvus/model/rerank/dashscope.py.
I have manually tested
Verified successful client initialization with model_name, api_key.
Verified successful rerank generation.
