Code Review
This pull request is an automated daily bump for the pymilvus dependency to version 2.6.7rc12. The change is straightforward. I have provided one suggestion to improve the maintainability of the requirements.txt file by removing a redundant dependency declaration.

This line pymilvus==2.6.7rc12 is redundant because the next line, pymilvus[bulk_writer]==2.6.7rc12, already ensures this version of pymilvus is installed. When a package is installed with extras, the base package is also installed. Removing this duplicate entry will make the requirements.txt file cleaner and prevent potential versioning issues during maintenance.
