Initially this was a Rust only project, using pixi.toml, but once we added the Python wrapper, we also added the pyproject.toml. This reconcile both in a single pyproject.toml.

This is good to have it all in one place, and convenient to work directly with the pyproject.toml

Everything worked for me, but I left two comments here that might want to become an issue and be refactored later.
