Translate GitLab workflow support into es, fr, zh

Summary

Translates the GitLab support additions from #5198 into all three supported languages (Spanish, French, Chinese).

Changes per language file (es/agent/workflows.mdx, fr/agent/workflows.mdx, zh/agent/workflows.mdx):

• Added mention that workflows support both GitHub and GitLab repositories
• Updated pull request references to include "(or merge request for GitLab)"
• Split the single GitHub App requirement paragraph into separate GitHub and GitLab paragraphs
• Removed "GitHub" qualifier from the repo field description
• Updated the automerge note to cover both GitHub and GitLab requirements
