- 删去 Debian 帮助文档中（现支持版本能保证 apt >= 1.5，apt-transport-https 已内置）的相关内容，保留并调整旧版系统（debian-elts）的相关内容
- 为 ubuntu、ubuntu-old-releases 做同样更改
- 删去第三方 APT 仓库相关内容
- HTTPS 源无法拉取的说明修正为“安装通用 CA 证书”
