Description

Attempts to fix the automated tag release workflow newlines/formatting.

Fixes newline retention in release description by using double quotes in tag-version.yml.

  • Behavior:
    • Fixes newline retention in release description by changing single quotes to double quotes in tag-version.yml.
    • Affects formatting of release notes for merged pull requests.
