Docs update

The long awaited maintenance + docs overhaul ⚡

No breaking changes just cosmetic updates this time around:

• Docs updated to use the right location for the packages
• Updated deps (except supabase, a seperate PR will follow for this)
• Normalized some of the examples
• Added suggested type inference for loaders and actions
