Increase support to Node 20

@mjeanroy Hi, thanks a lot for developing bower-npm-resolver, and @ibcooley thanks a lot for providing this PR. We still use this for some of our projects. Would be awesome if you would find some time to consider merging / releasing this, would make our lives a bit easier.
