Explanation of Changes:
tdp_watts: Adjusted to 450 to reflect the typical TDP of the RTX 4090 under full load.
GFLOPS32/W and GFLOPS16/W: Added hypothetical efficiency metrics based on performance and power usage. (You can update these numbers if more precise data is available.)
