Full `uv lock --upgrade` against the existing 7-day rolling window. Notable bumps include mloda-testing 0.3.1 -> 0.3.2, tox 4.53.0 -> 4.54.0, mypy 1.20.2 -> 2.1.0, pyarrow 23.0.0 -> 24.0.0, ruff 0.15.12 -> 0.15.13, uv 0.11.8 -> 0.11.14. Supersedes the narrower Dependabot bump in #55.
