Pilsen AI + ML meetup

This repository contains presentation in PDF format (/presentation) and example ((/src)) of basic usage of libraries for ML interpretability as Skater, ELI5, and SHAP.

Example

For running the example you can use Jupyter lab (Jupyter notebook).

To run the example in the repository:

1. Install all dependencies (you can use virtual environment): pip install -r requirements.txt
2. Download data from Kaggle https://www.kaggle.com/c/titanic/data and save it to the data/ folder (what you have to create in the root of repository)
3. Open src/example.ipynb in Jupyter lab
4. Run all cells, this can take several minutes
