What

Targeted polish pass on /ai and /overview.

Changes

• AI page: install section removed (covered by Overview), hero subtitle updated, Distribution subtitle added
• Three-file architecture: heading matches Overview style (Heading level=h2), raw content links added to each file card
• Overview: equal spacing between all How subsections
• Terminal page: removed not-in-repo rows (GEMINI.md, copilot-instructions, cursor rules) from table
• _shared.tsx: spacing normalised across StepCode and Section components (already correct — no changes needed)
