WinMOD: updated "fmiVersions" and added "examplesURL"

The "examplesURL" that you provide is a link to one special example FMU from the reference FMUs. What would be expected here, would be a Webpage (under your control) where you list the different examples with which you have tested your implementation, see e.g. https://github.com/CATIA-Systems/dymola-fmi-compatibility.
There the example https://github.com/modelica/Reference-FMUs/tree/main/Feedthrough would be only one out of many examples.
