fix(three-mmd): fixed the use functions

1. Fixes: Physics helper types leaked undefined. Rewrite the usePhysics.
2. Changes: Added reset usage to keep rigid bodies aligned when replaying animations.

All the errors in type check come from the physics helper part of the refactor-test.tsx, which technically needs to be rewritten for the physics helper part in the future.
