[WIP] Checksum for deployed metadata should be accepted

Thanks for assigning this issue to me. I'm starting to work on it and will keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

Original issue description:

Now we have a warning like:

[WARNING] Failed to upload checksum ....

and checksum file is not stored in hosted repo,
but thanks to AutoDigestFileSystem generated checksum will be returned.

We should accept deployed checksum file and return the same - not generate new.
