How to create my own collection?

I need to test DragonAI module but on my ontology. I am not able to find where to upload it/ insert it .

Hello @SarahayadAOU,

Which format does your ontology have?

If OBO format you could do:

curategpt index -V oboformat -c collection_name -m openai: 

If its a json file:

curategpt index  -c collection_name  <path/to/json> -m openai:

Depending on which embedding model you would like to use you could also decide for -m all-MiniLM-L6-v2
By default the collection is stored in stagedb.

Note that if you have a file like TSV or JSON you may also use a command like

curategpt index -c collection_name filename.tsv

This will default to using the OpenAI API and will index all columns and entries in the doc.

Remember to move it to a place where it can be used with cp -r stagedb/* db/
