Investigate incoherencies arising from combining MONDO and NCIT-neoplasm

We now have the ability to test combinations of axioms

e.g.

make testcombo-neoplasm-core

this merges mondo-edit plus neoplasm core, also merges in an auto-created file where we make a disjoint sibling (see #52)

results vary with ontology. With neoplasm-core there are about 20 unsat classes (some are indirect probably only 12 or so distinct cases). These need investigated.

The makefile will generate a file bad-neoplasm-core.owl that is like a core dump that can be investigated in Protege
