Add citation text when user clicks 'Save as SVG'

When a user saves the phenogrid as an SVG image, they will most likely share it in some way (show a colleague, add it as an image in a publication, etc.).  We should replace the "Powered by The Monarch Initiative" text with more formal citation text at the bottom of the SVG image.
