A bunch of 404 errors? I seem to be able to get the file locally. Maybe try to re-run the actions and it will magically work this time? |

Changes in this PR
Update the linting (pre-commit file) for this repo. I noticed that my auto format on save was not in sync with your linting due to ruff being on such an old version. This PR updates the versions and then fixes the new lint issues.
Test Plan
No new tests needed. Existing tests only since this PR should be a no-op.
