Tests for MongoDB with multicluster topology using shared library approach

Summary

This PR introduces the implementation of tests for MongoDB with multicluster topology using the shared library introduced in #602.

Proof of Work

Test implementation

• For each test present in the shared library, a pytest is implemented in the MongoDBMultiCluster folder.

Naming convention for distinction:

• Fixtures and evergreen tests related to MongoDB(with multicluster topology) are prefixed/named mongodb for differentiation with the MongoDBMulticluster which are prefixed/named mongodbmulticluster.
