This PR adds:

  • the notion of subscription management
  • a new helper that checks if the user has an account limit
  • a new env variable to determine if the instance should have account limits
  • limits are as simple as possible:
    • when on free plan: max 5 contacts
    • when on free plan: max 1 vault

and that's it.
