Updates Uno Platform sample with CPU/GPU/Drawing pages and bumps Uno.WinUI from 5.2.175 to 6.5.153. Removes net*-macos from UnoTargetFrameworks (Uno 6.x dropped native macOS; uses Skia renderer via plain net* TFM now).
