Can we have a demo with screenshots / video in your PR ?

Also can you correct the CI ? I think you have to check Makefile somewhere or in the recipes

You could upgrade SYlius dependencies since 2.1 is out:
monsieurbiz/SyliusRichEditorPlugin#268
