Consider a different way to explain the one point theorem #224

In the work session today, I had to explain the velocity one point theorem and it did it like this:

  1. Show the two point theorem, which they presumably understand first.
  2. Then say that if the second point is actually moving in the rotating reference frame you need to add its relative velocity to the two point velocity.
  3. To do so, you take a snap shot in time and calculate the two point for a point fixed in the rotating frame that coincides with the moving point and then add the relative velocity.

This is a little different than how I write it in the book. So maybe it can simplify things.
