Morten Victor Nordbye — Cloud Engineer & Architect, Oslo

I build and run automated, secure infrastructure for regulated industries. The work is Azure platforms, Kubernetes on AKS and on-prem Talos, GitOps with ArgoCD, and Terraform-based CI/CD. I'm currently a Cloud Engineer at Orange Business, where I took over architect responsibility on a betting-platform Azure migration and moved roughly 30 microservices onto AKS.

Off the clock I run a six-node Talos Kubernetes cluster at home, reconciled from Git. Nothing on this page is hand-maintained. The cards below regenerate on a schedule from my portfolio API at nordbye.it, which is the source of truth for my profile, so the cluster status, GitHub stats, and latest posts from blog.nordbye.it stay current on their own.

Live status of my six-node Talos Kubernetes cluster: nodes ready, ArgoCD, versions, cert expiry, 30-day uptime GitOps delivery pipeline: git push to GitHub Actions to GHCR to ArgoCD to Talos, with the live last deploy GitHub activity: public repos, stars, commits, followers Lighthouse scores for nordbye.it and blog.nordbye.it: Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, SEO Latest posts from blog.nordbye.it Open-source merged contributions: traefik, blowfish, ghcertified Certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CKA, and more Core stack proficiency
