This PR adds support for payments using saved card tokens (like when a user has already saved their card).
I added two new models:
CardTokenPaymentRequestSource — for sending token-based payment requests
CardTokenPaymentResponseSource — for parsing token payment responses (basically same as card, but without the 3DS URL)
Also included:
Unit tests for CardTokenPaymentRequestSource — covers JSON output and validation
