Anonym Part 3: Content Page In CMS

One-line summary

This pull request makes it possible to create the anonym 'Solutions' page in Wagtail, without styling.

Significant changes and points to review

• a new AnonymContentSubPage page
• some new anonym blocks: LogoCardBlock, TwoSectionBlock, ToggleableItemBlock, ToggleableItemsBlock
• a few more icons to support the designs
• an anonym-specific JavaScript file to support the toggle behavior media/js/mozorg/anonym/anonym-toggleable-items.js

Testing

1. log in to Wagtail
2. make sure an Anonym Index Page exists
3. choose to create a child of the Anonym Index Page, and choose an Anonym content sub page
4. edit the page to match the figma designs from the JIRA ticket. Note: this pull request does NOT include the styles needed to match the designs
