Because: - We need it for backwards compatiblity This PR: - Restores the `verified` flag that was removed when `emailVerifed` and `sessionVerified` flags were added.

Did some regression testing to make sure our standard sign in routes are still working as expected with this change, looking good. Unfortunately we can't test the specific issue that VPN was encountering until we take this to stage. This seems right to me though.
