MissingInputException in line 54 of /tissue_miner/workflow/tm.snkmk #46
Description
When I try to use my own data to run Tissue Analyzer I get this error:
Kates-MacBook-Pro Segmentation % tm "sm shear_calculate topo_countt1 polygon_class tri_categorize; analyze_movie.R . output_analysis" MissingInputException in line 54 of /tissue_miner/workflow/tm.snkmk: Missing input files for rule make_db: Segmentation/cumultimesec.txt
I have set the directory to the all the images within the movie, and have included the cumultimesec.txt in that folder, as well, but I keep getting this error. I hope I'm not missing something trivial!
