Here is the first part of PR #210 refactor
Still uses jsonrpclib.
Ive moved all XBMC related tools into xbmc.py. The reason i chose xbmc.py over noneditable.py is nobody seemed to know what noneditable was for since it was imported in a lot of non xbmc modules.
