Update for libtfmxaudiodecoder 1.0.9.

An input plugin for the DeaDBeeF music player. Switching from libfc14audiodecoder to libtfmxaudiodecoder the player gains the ability to play chiptune music in even more TFMX audio file formats.

The family of music files supported by this plugin typically uses one of the following file name extensions:

.tfmx, .tfx, .tfm, .mdat
.fc, .fc13, .fc14, .fc3, .fc4, .smod
.hip, .hipc, .hip7, .mcmd
