The first release of the SEPIA SpeechRecognition Polyfill! Just about fully implements the API with the following exceptions:
- Does not raise
aborted,audio-capture, orbad-grammarerrors. - Does not implement grammars (but then again, neither does Chrome, so we still have parity here).
