Test: Manage (Central Server only)

- Ensure you have access to the mSupply Central Server.
- In OG mSupply, go to Admin -> Edit Users -> your user -> Open mSupply Permissions. Ensure you select the correct store -> user must have the
Can modify central data
permission ticked. - Go back to omSupply. Under Settings, choose
Configuration
. Note that you'll only see this list on Open mSupply Central Server. - In order to add the GAPS configuration changes, simply click the
Initialise
button. - Once configured, the Initialise button will become disabled.
- An
Edit
button will also appear in the footer, where you can edit the store properties for the store you are currently logged into. - Clicking that Edit button will open a new window, where you can view and edit your store properties.
- Choose
Manage
>Facilities
from the navigation panel. A list of stores in your system should be displayed. - In the search bar, type some or all of a store name or store code.
- The list should filter to display all matching facilities.
- Click on a facility from the list. The
Edit Facility
window should open. - Make changes to the store properties.
- Click
OK
to save the changes and close the window -> the changes should be saved. - Click the
Edit
button in the app footer, next to your store name to edit your store's properties. - The

window should open. Make changes to the store properties. - Click
OK
to save the changes and close the window. The changes should be saved. - In the top right corner, you can click 'Import Store Properties' -> a new modal pops up, where you can download a template or upload an existing file. Downloaded the template.
- The downloaded file should have all the facilities visible (you can compare the total count in OMS vs. the number of rows in the file), and columns that need to be filled out for import purposes. Try filling out a few cells and make sure the import is working as expected.
- Check filtering and sorting works, as well as rows per page and clicking between pages.
- Choose
Manage
>Demographics
from the navigation panel. A list of Demographic Indicators should be displayed. - Click on a demographic from the list. The detail view of the demographic should be displayed.
- Enter the predicted population growth percentage for each year.
- Click
Save
. The population projections should update based on the entered growth percentages. - In the Demographics section, enter the current general population. All calculations should be based on the entered general population.
- Click the
Add New Indicator
button in the top right corner. - Enter a name for the new demographic indicator and the percentage of the population included.
- Click
Save
. The new demographic indicator should be added to the list. - The most important part is to make sure the calculations work and save when navigating away and back to the page. When testing demographic indicators, try entering different values in different fields and make sure the calculations change in the respective cells. Save changes, go to another part of OMS, come back and make sure the changes are still saved and showing.
