* libc++: drops support for Windows 7 in UCRT64 & CLANG64, see msys2#28170 * libclc is not updated now since spirv-llvm-translator hasn't supported LLVM 22

Wikipedia says they did - Win 10 requires PREFETCHW which was added to Broadwell? |
