Have you considered upstreaming some of these patches back to qt? Might help with future versions of they ever get accepted upstream. Other than that, great work on these! |

Adds the full Qt WebEngine package for Qt 6.11.0.
Draft because this depends on mingw-w64-qt6-webengine-thirdparty from #30002. Once that package is available, this package can consume its private Chromium third-party headers and archives instead of rebuilding them in the same CI job.
This continues the timeout work from #21914.
