Reasoning behind the pull request

• Fix how fields for header gas data are populated in outport data provider
• Changed the version of mx-chain-core-go: Extend OutportBlock structure mx-chain-core-go#432
• New indexer version: Header gas data on execution results mx-chain-es-indexer-go#373
