📝 Update templated files

This pull request updates the files in this repository with the latest changes from the MQT Templates repository.
For details on the respective changes, see the changelog as well as the upgrade guide.

This pull request may contain merge conflicts if there have been changes to a templated file and its template.

@burgholzer, I'm not sure whether we want or need .github/SUPPORT.md and docs/support.md. 🤔

Unfortunately, the synchronization of docs/support.md can currently be toggled via synchronize-documentation-utilities, which I would like to have activated. The synchronization of .github/SUPPORT.md, on the other hand, can be toggled via synchronize-support-resources. We set up the action like this so that projects that do not have a documentation page can still get .github/SUPPORT.md.

Should we also link to it somewhere in the docs? We could maybe add a developer section in the sidebar, similar to the other projects. 🤔

Yeah. I guess such a section would make sense. It's content would typically need to be a bit broader than in the other projects, but generally, I think it would be a good idea.

I have now added a simple link in the sidebar and also used the chance to update the flyer. 😌
