In my previous PR #275 I added this UnitTests project, which has two groups with referenced files (Headers and UnitTests), but no actual files.
Since the empty folders don't get pushed, after pulling those changes XCode cannot find the files and shows a UI error. Like so:
Adding the .gitkeep files makes the folders visible
