@mwgg we have seabases. Upon quick inspection, I saw no dedicated heliports and also noticed that the heliports in my area that have an ICAO code are not on our list. Thoughts?

I mainly made a PR since according to legislation a helipad/heliport would be considered an airport.[1][2]
But would like to know if the same definition of airport is applicable to this repository.

@RoMinjun appreciate the input and definitely second your thoughts. I am contemplating this from a bigger picture: are there many more helipads/ports we should be adding? How do we find them? How many ICAO helipads are there. Should be have an indication of helipads or should there be a separte file with heliports, airports, seabases etc.
