this will install Dependabot which will create a PR if one of your actions becomes outdated, updating it automatically.

I just realized after submitting my PR that Github announced dependabot through actions see: https://github.blog/changelog/2024-04-22-dependabot-updates-on-actions-for-github-enterprise-cloud-and-free-pro-and-teams-users/

Now you have the freedom to go either or both ways keeping your github actions up to date ^^
