The opencode bot workflow no longer requires a self-hosted runner. Provider configuration is injected at run time from the OC_PROXY_CONFIG repository secret, so no endpoint or credential appears in the workflow file.

Behaviour of the three jobs (mention / auto-issue / auto-pr) is unchanged.

The bot no longer needs a self-hosted runner: it reaches its model provider
over the network, with the endpoint and credential supplied at run time
through a repository secret.
