Nacos extensions component for agentscope.

This project provides integration between AgentScope and Nacos service discovery, with implementations in both Java and Python.

Java

`agentscope-a2a-nacos-spring-boot-starter` has been contributed into agentscope-java in 1.0.6 version, so remove in this extensions project.

What's more, `agentscope-extensions-a2a-nacos` also has been contributed into agentscope-java in 1.0.6 version, you can use new dependency `agentscope-extensions-nacos-a2a` replaced.
