已确认，这个PR修改可以兼容老版本，老版本具有新的接口，只是对老版本接口做了废弃操作，我们的产品中已经验证过，没问题的话可以合并。 |

operator在check nacos状态的时候使用的是/nacos/v1/ns/operator/servers接口
但是在nacos 2.2.0版本的时候已经废弃这个接口了
所以改成/nacos/v1/core/cluster/nodes来check当前nacos的装备
